My question is who the heck are most of these people? I thought this was supposed to be an "all-star showdown". Close to half of the drivers that are eligible to be locked in aren't competing.

They are only taking one car out there, so Pena found another ride. They will be back this year with Toyotas, I believe with Michael Cherry in the 4th car.
