Boise State loses!

Boise is not a fraud. When Hawkins was there, everything focused on offense. Since Peterson took over, the entire philosophy has changed. They have great playmakers, but they have a stud defense. They just happened to get ahead of themselves in the 3rd quarter last night against Nevada. Kellen Moore is a great college qb.

Thats the problem...Boise State isnt claiming to be the history of Oklahoma.

College football is ranked by a single year. Not history.

This year boise State is not a fraud. If Boise said they are just as storied a program as Oklahoma, id agree with you. Total BS and fradulent. But give them their due THIS SEASON. On a stand alone basis, they arent a fraud this yr. If you cant see that, youre just as guilty of the fanboyism we see in other threads...

My problem is Boise State plays in a super weak conference and wouldn't be heard from if they were in the Big Twelve, SEC, Big Ten, ect, ect,.  Beating Oklahoma once in a game that meant nothing doesn't  justify all the hype they receive.  Jmo.

And just a friendly jab for ya...I havent forgot sitting in Pro Player Stadium in miami when UF beat Oklahoma 24-14 for the national championship 

 

Great game, and OU had their chances to win but couldn't get it done.  That was a fantastic Gator team with one of the all time college greats behind center!

I'm torn. I wanted them to win the BCSNCG just to screw the BCS up. On the other hand, the loss was great after ESPN shoving them down our throats constantly.
