Specialty Racing #61 Nationwide team has a new majority owner and is sporting a new name -- 2nd Chance Motorsports. Rick Russell has acquired majority ownership in the #61 team effective Sept.1, 2010.  You can read more at Jayski  Maybe we'll find out who their driver will be this weekend now.

2nd chance does that mean we will get drivers who we have not heard of in a long time?

They bring back Casey Atwood and they get my sticker vote in memory of Checkers and Wreckers....

Of course, they allow Sean to race, they get love letters and get my sticker vote regardless...

Jayski put up that the name/ownership change rumor was denied and Doug Taylor still owns it under the Specialty banner. Fail.

Nevertheless, gotta give credit to Taylor for STILL managing to hang in there. Even if he had to get a middleman to do it.
