so, they have teh film crew, provided by Dean....they now have Dean sponsoring the Texas race, and will have a #73 fanfest area at Daytona....not trying to get my hopes up but am wondering if this goes good this year, that maybe DC will have a good full sponsor next  year

Not just that, potentially Dean's involvement could drag competitors into the fray, providing sponsorship for other teams.  As Jack Daniels went, so did Jim Beam and Crown Royal.

excellent point. if DC can make the rest of the races this year, i could see him finishing in the top 25. dont laugh, but it can happen. take away him having the run in with tony rains and he goes from a possible top 15 finish (and finished 28th)
