Raw Pace: 9- Great qualifier and racer.
Personal Reliability: 9- Rarely, if ever, one to tear up equipment and is always consistently toward the front.
Adaptability: 9.5- Has the ability to make mid-pack teams (see Ginn) look better than what they really are.
Entertainment Value: 7- Good interview but his Brett Favre-like "retirement" stance knocks this grade down a bit.
Personal Sympathy: 6.5- Still have a great deal of respect for his driving abilities, but the fact that he lied about retirement knocks this down a bit.

MARTIN
Raw Pace - 8.5 - Has run well at a variety of tracks throughout his career.
Reliability - 9.5 - Doesn't abuse his equipment and takes care of his car and saves his crew a lot of work. That's primarily why he hasn't won a championship.
Adaptability - 7.2 - He struggled for a long time after Jimmy Fennig left and couldn't really adjust to a new CC. It wasn't until he hooked up with the 5 that he began to really resurge.
Entertainment value - 3. He's just a nice guy.
Personal Sympathy - 6. Yeah the mind-changing about retirement sucked, but I'm glad he's still around. He's not a jerk, races cleanly and treats everyone with respect. I'd much rather have him than some of these other drivers who learned their social etiquette from the WWE.

Ill get in on this sorry i missed the previous 2
Raw Pace - 8 - He is good in great equipment. I dont want to say hes great because well hes not one to put up 7 or 8 wins in a season after season after season.
Personal Reliability - 9 - He is very consistent which is probably why he is always in the hunt for the Championship. He doesnt need to win to be there at the end of the year.
Adaptability - 7.8 - He jumped in at MB2/Ginn/DEI and almost pulled off a couple of wins. The 6 car hasnt been the same without him but really Roush hasnt either.
Entertainment Value - 6.8 - A bit whiney but i guess thats why he fits in at Hendrick. Shows some emotion but like others have said you know what hes gonna say before they even interview him.
Personal Sympathy - 6.66 - I dont hate him like some do here. Listen he retired and Roush brought him back. His son gave up racing so he came back racing. Especially after the offer to drive for Hendrick. Would you stay retired if Hendrick gave you a call? But back to this thing i have never cared for him and never said oh i want him to win over so and so. But it is nice to see him winning in a chevy instead of a ford.

Next up the current driver of the UPS van,
DAVID RAGAN
Raw Pace - 7.0
An excellent 2008 season showed us that Ragan has a lot of potential, unfortunately 2009 was a disaster.
Personal Reliability - 5.0
Still rather inconsistent, too many races where he is just nowhere.
Adaptabilty - 5.5
Jury is still out as the only real changes he's had are from Trucks to Cup and then to the CoT. It took him till his second season to really do well with the top class.
Entertainment Value - 5.5
Not really seen much entertainment off track though he was to an extent on track back when he was a 'dart with no feathers'
Personal Sympathy - 7.0
He's one of my favourites, symply because he was a very left field choice to replace Mark Martin and even more when he started doing very well in 2008. His 2009 form was largely due to Roush as a whole struggling that year.

Suppose I'll start doing these as well.
RAGAN
Raw Pace: 6
I really don't see that much speed with him half the time. He seemed to show some promise two years ago, but last year brought this score down for me.
Personal Reliability: 5
Just average, really. Really have nothing else to say there, LOL.
Adaptability: 6
I don't think he'd do horribly in a backmarker-type car. It's hard to tell though, since he's been with Roush for a while now.
Entertainment Value: 3
What is there, really?
Personal Sympathy: 7
I was glad for him when he won the Nationwide race last year and proooobably would be too if he won a Cup race too.

RAGAN
Raw Pace: 6- Doesn't set the world on fire in qualifying or races. Still not convinced totally that he is the right fit at Roush.
Personal Reliability: 5- Not up front enough and kinda hard on eqipment.
Adaptability: 5.5- He's been with one team and aside from one good year, he's really stagnated.
Entertainment Value: 1- No personality, nothing to make him stand out equals a low grade.
Personal Sympathy: 3.5- Don't hate him or like him, more along the lines of apathy toward him.

DAVID RAGAN
Raw Pace - 5.0
I'm not convinced he's very special, personally.
Personal Reliability - 4.5
Totally inconsistent; he'll randomly have good runs and then just be crap.
Adaptabilty - 4.0
He's never had to adapt to anything, but I can't imagine it would be a successul venture if he did.
Entertainment Value - 3.0
Does nothing for me.
Personal Sympathy - 7.5
I do like him, though...nice guy.

How about you give your ratings for him anyway along with Ragan's and I'll redo Martin's scores when we are done with Ragan.

Ragan
Raw Pace - 4 - Is he fast? Has he won? Well Cup wise he hasnt done anything and i dont understand why Roush is sticking with him.
Personal Reliability - 4 - Its not the crew chief or the team its the driver Jack!!!
Adaptabilty - 4 - Agreed with others he hasnt changed teams but looking at the previous driver of the 6 he isnt living up to expectations.
Entertainment Value - 3 - BORING!!!! But i suppose hes a nice guy
Personal Sympathy - 2 - He doesnt belong in Cup and have never cared for him in Nascar. Talk about a name getting you somewhere!
