And here I thought that Brian realized that he was better off as a crew chief.
Keselowski only gave up his seat in the #26 to McDowell because McDowell needed a ride and it made the most sense in terms of his team. Provided, Brian knows how to race, and there are some people who say that he may be even better than his brother. I am one of those people. I think Brian had way too many things on his plate last year ... need to get his head clear, focus on just driving, you'll see a whole different result ... I agree also. He's had some good runs in his car. They're doing it the hard way, family run, no sponsors, no manufacturer support. I think if Brian could get a little support be it sponsor or parts, he'll be fast.

I was thinking something similar to that today: if only Elliott Sadler hooked up Hermie with Yates engines all those years back. Sadly these teams do have a limit as to their resources; Penske's got competitive Cup car, one competitive Nationwide car, a so-so Cup car (77), and the 12 is unknown at this point. Maybe Brian gets a development deal sometime down the road?

i think the 96 should run and the 92 park
I think that he would love to do that but you have to 1) get the 26 running better first 2) have the money and resources for the 2nd car not to park.

I wouldn't say that. Keselowski ran pretty well and managed a top 20 here and there (And a 14th at Talladega)
A top 20 here and there isn't that hard when you have 30-43 that either park or have an accident or actually have a problem. At times in the season we had 20-25 cars that were still running at the end of the race.
