Anyone know anything about this? From Jayski:

Quote
Nationwide Series team hiring: With the formation of Victory Lane Consulting, Dave Fuge Jr. announces a partnership with a current NASCAR Nationwide series team, to compete full-time in 2010 and beyond. Further details will be announced soon, but anyone interested in sending a resume can do so. Interviews for all positions will begin on Dec. 28th, by appointment only.(Victory Lane Consulting PR)

I thought Fuge was going to be a crew chief with KHI and one of their truck teams, unless that's a different one. A Fuge Jr. was one of the crew chiefs for Ware last season.

My best guess is either Ware or Smith-Ganassi.

Nice. (Not sure what to infer from the ''combination of veterans'' bit, though)

By the way, do you know if Paul Andrews will be back with Ware at all? I heard he was going to be the crew chief for an ARCA team.

Rick Ware Racing has NOTHING to do with Victory Lane Consulting.  VLC is created by former crew chief Dave Fuge Jr.  His dad is at KHI.

We will make a formal announcement on our drivers and sponsors on the 1st

Victory Lane Consulting???..you've got to be kidding...WHat for?..

I thought this guy was a Truck Crew Chief years back.

Seems like a desperate bid to stay in the sport.
Got me...?

When i read the title of the team i figured they would be consulting teams that struggle by providing team members or managerial resources to figure out what direction the team needs to head.

A race team ending in "consulting" is a bit odd,but maybe they are trying to start a trend that gets away from "motorsports""racing""Enterprises"

Victory Lane Consulting isn't the name of the race team itself - It's an agency for potential crewmen to submit resumes and all that. VLC is, however, aligning itself with a team.

Dave Fuge Jr. and Victory Lane Consulting are aligning themselves with K-Automotive. Brian Keselowski will return to the driver's seat, and Fuge will be the crew chief.

The team will also be moving from Michigan to Statesville, North Carolina.

I believe in Travis Carters ex-cup shop. Next to Front Row's cup shop. Where Clay Andrews racing was out of.

And here I thought that Brian realized that he was better off as a crew chief.

And here I thought that Brian realized that he was better off as a crew chief.

Keselowski only gave up his seat in the #26 to McDowell because McDowell needed a ride and it made the most sense in terms of his team.

Provided, Brian knows how to race, and there are some people who say that he may be even better than his brother.
