Hey everyone.
This is something I've been working on for the past couple of months, based on findings from either Jayski, this site, or assorted news clippings and articles. I've been doing most of this on a spreadsheet, so I'm sorry if it doesn't carry over well to this forum. There's a lot of information.
Feel free to add anything that you've heard about.

Team Plans
#00? - The Truex brothers are hoping to run some races together.
#01 - Wallace will run the full season for JDM.
#02 - Team would like to run Truck Series full-time, so no idea where that leaves the Nationwide operation.
#03 - Conway will probably run full-time.
#05 - No word on 2010 plans.
#07 - No idea what the future holds for this team. 2010 outlook seems pretty bleak.
#09 - Team would like to remain full-time. Bowles managed to get a ride with Specialty through Robby Benton, so no idea if they're interested in working together.
#0 - No idea if the JDM/Clements collaboration will continue.
#1 - Buescher will run the full season.
#2 - Dillon will run the Truck Series full-time, but could run some Nationwide races alongside. Caisse is also under contract with the team.
#5 - Team structure will probably remain the same, though Arpin is currently working with JRM's marketing program to find sponsorship to put him in a car.
#6 - Stenhouse will run the full season, probably in this car.
#10 - Leffler and possibly Sorenson will fill out their schedules running this car. However, they will use the same crews as their regular rides.
#11 - Team outlook is rather uncertain. No idea if Ridemakerz is coming back or not.
#12 - Allgaier will return to Penske
#15 - No changes seem to be in place at the moment.
#16 - Braun will run the full season.
#17 - This car will probably run plenty of races as a Buschwhacker special.
#18 - Busch will run around 22-24 races. No idea who'll fill out the season in this car.
#19 - Stout only qualified for 1 race in 2009. No word on 2010 plans.

#24 - No changes expected.

#36 - No word on 2010 plans.
#37 - Start-and-park team for Baker-Curb Racing made two starts at the end of 2009. With no sponsor in place for the #27, expect this team to return in 2010.

#42 - Team expressed interest in running with Gilliland several months ago.
#47 - Team would like to have Pressley as its next driver, but that is contingent on sponsorship. Word is that they may have a sponsor for half a season, but David Smith Motorsports is reporting a new driver might be in this car full-time.

#50 - No word if this team will run as the #50 or the #0.

I would say Townley keeps the 09 number and goes to RCR and that maybe RAB gets 21 or another number...
Otherwise I would say you are probably relatively accurate on your team chart.

Looks Right to me. I do think that Jason Keller will run at least some races with Macdonald Motorsports though.

Lee Spencer actually said that Townley would use the #29, but I doubt it seeing how much money Holiday Inn puts into promoting their team.
Also, this is just speculation on my part, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Ken Butler III end up at Rick Ware Racing, since his brother looks like he'll be driving for them in Trucks.

I would hate to see Townley have #21 lol.
#01, #21, & #91 are my fav. #'s(in 2008 for awhile it was awesome Kertus in #01 and Bill in #21 My Birthday 1/21 lol) and MSRP already tarnishs #91.
Wonder if Bill Elliott Motorsports will do any N'Wide race, but Bill said in interviews He will only help his drivers up to ARCA.
Hope Kertus returns to racing, and same with Burney Lamar, & that Scott Speed does some more N'Wide races
And Hopin for some new teams & surprise driver/team pairings in 2010

I think that if Davis races next season, it would probably be in the #04, although I have no idea if there are any plans for that team at this point. In the meantime, I don't see Lamar getting any competitive rides at all, and I'm not sure if Speed is planning to run anymore Nationwide races.
Also, where did you hear that Keller would drive the #81?

Chivas Racing wanted to run half the season last year, and ended up running only 2 races. I wouldn't expect them to do anything major.
Also, CJM's decision to fire Scott Lagasse Jr. has turned out to be a beyond stupid business decision. It still baffles me as to how a team would fire a funded driver who was running relatively well.
Also, Brad Coleman won't be returning to JGR. Good for him, because deSouza certainly wasn't giving him any chances anytime soon.

WTF does Coleman have to do to get a decent ride? He's young, marketable, and pretty darn talented when he's with a team that has its bearings together.

I'd say Coleman has an outside shot of driving for CJM if BigSpot or Rudy's follows him.

Or maybe he'll go back to baker-curb if he can get sponsorship or bring $$$...
I see the candyman also going to one of the open rides(27,47,etc) with AIF..

How many races exactly?
I was thinking somewhere around 5 each, but then again, Roush can never be reasonable with these things.
In the meantime, here are some of the free agents for 2010:
Dave Blaney - Blaney's made it clear that he'd like to run either Nationwide or Trucks. Given the way he ran at Charlotte, I wouldn't be surprised to see him run some races in the #10 car. If nothing materializes, he said he wouldn't mind helping out Phil in Cup again.
Bobby Hamilton Jr. - Apparently, Hamilton doesn't have ownership in Rensi anymore. Could end up driving for Eddie MacDonald.
Mike Bliss - No real outlook for Bliss as of yet.
Scott Lagasse Jr. (Funded?) - No official outlook as of yet, but I've speculated that Lagasse may end up in the #47.
Brad Coleman (Funded?) - Coleman won't return to JGR. If he brings money with him, he could end up with CJM or return to Baker-Curb.
Jason Keller - No real outlook as to where he may end up. Could return to Baker-Curb if a sponsor pops up. Hasn't ruled out the possibility of taking a start-and-park ride.
Chase Miller - No outlook, even with all the rides he took in 2009. Wouldn't be surprised to see him starting and parking again.
Matt Carter - No outlook ever since he left Specialty.
Kenny Hendrick - No outlook.
Kevin Lepage - No outlook, but Lepage has said he's been talking to some people.
Danny O'Quinn - No outlook. Will probably take start-and-park rides if they arise.
Kevin Hamlin - No outlook. Will probably take start-and-park rides if they arise.
Landon Cassill - No outlook.
Bryan Clauson - No outlook. I doubt he will return.
Ken Butler III - Butler won't return to R3, but he's been talking to some people.

i agree with Giants Stenhouse will be in the #17 the #6 will just have cup drivers not sure if Darnell is involved
also i think the entry's for next year look very promising then this years i just hope more new talent and new teams comes along next year
as for Chivas Racing yes they were going to run Charlotte and Phoenix but sponsorship fell through they were going to attempt Homestead but they didn't have the funding however they had enough sponsorship at Phoenix With NEMCO however I guess he was just getting some laps at Phoenix
