The Field was full of first timers at Richmond Int. Raceway for the running of the Virginia 529 Savings 250, paving an easier than normal win for Kevin Harvicks 1st win of the season in any of NASCARs series. Mr Closure’s recent frustrations and outbursts towards other drivers might simmer a bit with an easy Nationwide Series win at Richmond.
