Andy Lally will drive the No. 71 TRG Motorsports Chevrolet Impala clad in the green Eco-Fuel Saver paint scheme at the Subway Fresh 500 at Phoenix International Raceway this Sunday. Eco-fuel Savers will be on board for the next four races as well.
Team owner Kevin Buckler is looking forward to a good outing in Phoenix. “I was really proud of Andy last weekend. He did a great job of scoring as many points as possible in Daytona, and we’re planning on a good run in Phoenix this weekend. We couldn’t be happier to have Eco-Fuel Saver back on board with us this weekend. They were absolutely blown away by the response they got from NASCAR fans last weekend,” said Buckler. “Their product is incredible. We’ve tried it in some of our personal cars, and the results are amazing.”
Eco-Fuel Saver CEO Rick Stewart is equally enthusiastic about being in Phoenix with Lally and TRG this weekend. “NASCAR is a fabulous marketing platform. We have had product inquiries from four continents this week, and we’re going to make it a bigger part of our marketing plan,” said Stewart. “We have an incredible product that reduces emissions and improves fuel economy. Stewart was amazed by his first trip to Daytona. “It was really exciting to be there among the huge crowd. Kevin warned me about ‘the big one’ at Daytona. We came so close to missing it. I was impressed with the way Andy and the team pulled together to make the best of a tough situation.”
TRG driver Andy Lally will make his second NASCAR start at Phoenix. In 2007, he ran in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for Darrel Waltrip. “Phoenix is a really challenging track, and every year I watch this race it looks like a tough one. I’m looking forward to my first Cup race here, said Lally.I am also pretty partial to the black and green Eco-Fuel Saver paint scheme. They are a great group of people, and we’re going to have a lot of fun helping them launch their product in Canada and the US.”
