Mike Wallace has busy weekend planned at Bristol. Mike is 12th in the standings and will again be in the Monster Diesel #01 Chevy. Monster Diesel, the diesel fuel additive that not only increases diesel engine mileage but is produced using green technology, will sponsor Mike for the third consecutive race. Mike will be extra busy even befor the race. He, along with the other top 12 drivers, will play a role in the Bristol legends race by drawing one of the names of the legendary drivers. Mike’s finishing position with respect to the other top 12 drivers in the Nationwide race will determine where the legend driver he draws will start. Mike will then be a guest on the ESPN II NASCAR Now Roundtable on Monday March 22nd at 6:30 PM Eastern time. Mike noted that the surge by J-D Motorsports team beginning with the 2010 opening race at Daytona, has been very gratifying. He also related that Johnny and Lori Davis are really dedicated to get him in the upper tier of the Nationwide series. The whole team, along with shop manager Kertus Davis, took the unusual step for an underdog team to test on Wednesday. Unfortunately the test was cut short by rain, but they were able to get some answers that should help them continue the surge. Monster Diesel is a great partner for the #01 team. Their people energize all the entire team and the recent results have no doubt assisted the launch of the new diesel fuel additive.
