Ricky Stenhouse Jr. on racing at Bristol Motor Speedway

We’re definitely ready to go.  The guys have worked hard on the cars and they are better than what we had in the first three races.  I’m looking forward to getting to Bristol.  We tested there in 2008 in the ARCA car.  It was crazy the first time I went out there, I don’t think I took a breath for like 10 laps.  I will just have to pace myself.  It’s a fun racetrack.  It gives me a lot of confidence to be in the car that David (Ragan) won in last year. Right now we’re not in the mode to try and win every race but then again it gives you confidence to run well when you have a car that has had success at a track before.”

Crew Chief Ben Leslie on racing at Bristol Motor Speedway

Bristol is tough because there are a bunch of unknowns out there, but when you worry about it, the more and the more you try to protect yourself.  Then, more than likely you’ll put yourself in a bad spot or you wind up getting caught up in bad stuff that you might not be in if you are racing hard.  At the end of the day you have to race.  Usually the cars up front get in the least amount of trouble.  After two weeks off, we need to get back in the routine.  We need to redeem ourselves a little bit based on our poor finishes.  We’re looking forward to getting to Bristol and getting dirty.”
