Denny Hamlin, one of the top drivers to watch at the Monster Mile this May, is set to appear in the Monster Mile Club on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at Dover International Speedway. Hamlin, driver of the No. 11 FedEx Toyota Camry in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, will be the special guest during an exclusive, hosted question-and-answer session in the Monster Mile Club, an all-inclusive pre-race hospitality option now on sale. Hamlin, a two-time winner in the NASCAR Nationwide Series at Dover, is still in pursuit of his first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series monster trophy. The 2006 Raybestos Rookie of the Year is currently in his fifth full-time season with Joe Gibbs Racing. Hamlin owns eight career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victories and has qualified for the “Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup” every year that he’s been racing in NASCAR’s premier series. A ticket to the Monster Mile Club includes a trackside tour on the frontstretch of the track as teams prepare for the Sunday race, live entertainment, an unlimited food buffet with beverages, a special Dover souvenir gift, a souvenir program, interactive games and much more. Admission to the Monster Mile Club costs $99 and can be added to any NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race ticket by calling the Dover ticket office at 1-800-441-RACE or by visiting DoverSpeedway.com. Fans are encouraged to call soon to add this option to their race day ticket, as the Monster Mile Club typically sells out. The Monster Mile Club opens at 8 a.m. on Sunday, May 16 with a continental breakfast. Trackside tours begin at 8:30 a.m. and the hosted question-and-answer session with Hamlin will follow later in the morning. An all-you-can-eat lunch will be served at 11 a.m. prior to the start of the “Autism Speaks 400 presented by HERSHEY®’S Milk & Milkshakes” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race, scheduled to take the green flag at 1 p.m. Dover continues to offer event ticket insurance for all events, along with an array of ticket options including a $25 discount on three-day ticket packages, all-inclusive hospitality packages, early buy discounts, and a variety of payment plans. For more information, or to purchase tickets, call 1-800-441-RACE or visit DoverSpeedway.com. # # # Dover International Speedway is owned by Dover Motorsports, Inc.
